Opening out with double doors from the sunken sunroom, is a perfect space for getting everyone in the house together. Hosting a large BBQ, protective blinds, heater, fan, and furniture, it is a convenient extension of the house.

With this extra room, our patio area is the perfect space for families and large groups to have dinner, drinks, and hang. With a large dining table, plus couch, there is plenty of seating for everybody.

In summer, the beautiful weather combined with this ambient space will make you not want to step a foot inside! With our fairy lights and heaters, it is the perfect late-night space. Enjoy your summer nights in the warm air, looking at the stars by the beach.
